Can I cancel an order?

When will my order ship?

It is always my goal to ship orders as soon as possible. As I am a single person business and a father of three, under age of 4, I aim to ship out within the week. If you ever have any questions about your order, please feel free to reach out at evcollectibleshelp@gmail.com with order number for subject.

Can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately, with the nature of much of what we sell we don’t accept returns on TCG products or comic books. If there is an error with what you received, please reach out at evcollectibleshelp@gmail.com

How will my item be shipped?

Typically ship through USPS ground, but one of the things we offer at EV Collectibles is you can choose your preffered courier between USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. Simply make your selection under shipping dropdown when checking out.

Can I get a refund if my item is damaged?

If you received a damaged item due to shipping, we will refund you once damaged item is shipped back. Please reach out to evcollectibleshelp@gmail.com with order number and proof of damage.
